The windows registry is one of the most important part of the computer system, it is an area where important and valuable PC setup is stored, it is where the PC keeps system values and functions that your PC need to operate properly.

The windows registry however is vulnerable to being corrupted and filled with errors, that is because anytime you install a file or a program, it also stores files related to these programs in the windows registry, and if you un-install these programs, part of them will stay in the registry, meaning that files that are not needed are stored with no purpose what so ever, and overtime, the registry become loaded with such files making the registry a potential problem to cause computer crashes and system malfunction.

In dial-up access, a voiceband modem at a subscriber site communicates with the corresponding modem at her ISP site over the telephone network (PSTN) during an Internet connection. The ISP gives her a phone number that must be dialed to initiate communication with one of the ISP’s modems. The PSTN treats dial-up Internet signal in the same way as voice signal. Because PSTN is a circuit switched network, a dial-up Internet subscriber occupies a dedicated circuit during the Internet connection.
